Paul was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and seemed to sincerely want to help me make the best decision to fit my needs. Paul went above and beyond to make sure I was making the most fiscally beneficial decision as well. My lease was ending and he informed me of a buyout option that could result in some extra cash in my pocket. Unfortunately, the buyout amount wouldn't have resulted in much of a return so we ultimately didn't go through with it but the fact that the idea was posed to me was much appreciated. Paul even called the lessor himself to help me explore the option. The administrative process was quick and painless as well. Thank you, Jason! I would absolutely recommend Paul and the Dean Team to anyone in the market for a used car. More

I went back and forth on whether to lease or buy for about a week. Paul, my salesman was cool, very patient and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of leasing vs. buying. They even let me take the car home for 24 hours to test drive. I ended up buying. What I like about this dealership is they don't use high pressure sales tactics. If you are in the market for a Subaru or VW talk to Paul, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend the Dean Team (Ballwin). More

Great buying experience, friendly people, just BE CAUTIOUS when buying a car from them. Double check it makes sure it is more than OK. They claim to do a 112 point check on all of their cars, but I feel like they don't. They fail to mention what the car actually needs. Under my car history from Geico, I found out more information on the history of the car compared to what was listed under the ad. When I checked the car's oil before purchasing, I noticed that it was A HALF QUART low. They said I could come back and top it off, but who wants to waste all that time for a half quart of oil when I can just buy it myself and put it in. Aside from the low oil issue, 4 of my lights were burnt out on the headlights. BOTH of my parking lights and side marker lights were burnt out on BOTH sides of the headlights. The dealership failed to note this and I ended up replacing myself. The price was fair, but they could have come down on the price a couple hundred to match the KBB fair market value price. As I'm a broke college student a couple of hundred means a lot. I understand being firm on the price, but at least match the KBB fair market price. All in all a great car buying experience, I just don't trust this dealership. Something seems sketchy about the way they operate. Nothing against the cars salesmen. I would NOT recommend this dealership. I would rate this dealership at a 3/5. More
