LONG distance purchase I am in California. Allen Turner Hyundai had exactly the hard to find truck I wanted. I called about it and spoke with Paul Brown in Sales. I have bee I am in California. Allen Turner Hyundai had exactly the hard to find truck I wanted. I called about it and spoke with Paul Brown in Sales. I have been interacting with him regularly (e-mail, voice and text) for almost 2 weeks as the truck went through detail, photos were taken, I made arrangements on my end, my offer was made and transportation was arranged. His performance has been totally professional and absolutely outstanding (I am not used to this these days). Every response (to my questions, requests for photos, information updates, interfacing with transport company) has been quick and concise. It's like I had an agent in Pensacola. It was great having Paul as the primary source of contact. The entire transaction went smoothly. It would have been really effortless had I actually been in Pensacola. More

So Patient/Kind! Paul Brown, Dave Dye, and the finance team at Allen Turner Hyundai are absolutely wonderful! Paul was incredibly patient with me when I first came in Paul Brown, Dave Dye, and the finance team at Allen Turner Hyundai are absolutely wonderful! Paul was incredibly patient with me when I first came in after I totaling my car and the reason I chose to come back and look again. Although he was gone the day I came in and bought my car, my final salesman Dave Dye was equally wonderful. Both Dave and the finance team were incredibly patient with me and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. As a college student, buying a car is a big financial decision and the staff made the decision a breeze. It's been a month now and I'm still absolutely in love with my car-- I would recommend Allen Turner Hyundai to anyone! More
