Jesse did a fine job in helping me and was very friendly. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I WAS NOT PLEASED when it came to my trade-in. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I WAS NOT PLEASED when it came to my trade-in. I was there to get a new vehicle, so obviously my trade-in was old. The front office, WHO EVER THEY ARE, did not want to help, saying " We think your trade in is too old and we really do not want to take it in as a trade. " This statement almost broke the deal and I was ready to walkout. I wasn't asking for an outrages trade in price, but the front office telling me that "THEY" did not want my trade in and that I should sell it on my own made me angry, at that point I wanted to walk out and take my $29,900.00 " PAID IN FULL" with me. Jesse, was nice enough to work with me and got me $799.80 for my trade in. I was also informed that within six hours, the same day, there was already an offer to buy my trade in. You should be thankful that you have a sale rep. like Jesse to smooth the way between your front office and the customer; it seems they did not want to make a deal. More

I think car salesmen do not realize how stressful the process of purchasing a car is to buyers who may only go through it every few years. I knew which car I wanted, but dreaded going into the dealershi process of purchasing a car is to buyers who may only go through it every few years. I knew which car I wanted, but dreaded going into the dealership and dealing with car salesman. However from the beginning Jesse was the ultimate professional, diplaying character and honesty throughout the transacation. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Paul who did not display the professionalism one would expect, especially since he misquoted important information in his email. It took Jesse and Dustin to bring me back to the negotiation table, and in the end they made it right. One of my friends is considering buying the same car, and I would recommend Lithia to her over any other dealership, but would steer her directly to Jesse for a stress-free transaction. More

This was great, seamless experience. I worked with Paul Bushnell by email & phone and his partner Jesse Watkins at the dealership. I received wonderful customer service. Got a great price on the car and am a very happy customer. I would absolutely refer Lithia Subaru and the team of Paul & Jesse to anyone wanting to buy a car. More

Jesse and Paul were great. I appreciated their straightforward information and their no pressure sales approach. They gave me time to investigate my own financing an then offered me the best inter straightforward information and their no pressure sales approach. They also took the time to follow up to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to see what more could be done to make me happy. More

Everyone (almost) was fantastic..........but, I honestly feel I got screwed royally on the money I was allowed for my 2007 BMW X3. The manager did not treat us fairly on the value of my BMW.....shame on yo feel I got screwed royally on the money I was allowed for my 2007 BMW X3. The manager did not treat us fairly on the value of my BMW.....shame on you!! A quick walk around does not make an honest attempt to value anything, let alone a car. Shame, shame, shame!!! More

I spent a long time researching my purchase, and was happy to be able to keep my business in the area. Paul was great to work with and was very upfront about everything. He also took time to communicate happy to be able to keep my business in the area. Paul was great to work with and was very upfront about everything. He also took time to communicate with my on his day off. I did the final sale with Jesse who is very knowledgeable and respectful. He was very patient and helpful with some of the obstacles we had to deal with which made the whole process go a lot smoother. I really appreciated the service I received and would definitely recommend the dealership. More

Jesse and Paul were great. They didn't try to sell me a car, they helped me buy a car. No high pressure sales here. Customer service was awesome. I placed interest in an Impreza on the internet and I was emailed by Paul. He was very professional and to the point. He offered great information on what Lithia had and st Impreza on the internet and I was emailed by Paul. He was very professional and to the point. He offered great information on what Lithia had and stock and the prices; no tricks or gimmicks. When I got in contact with him and let him know when I was available to come in, he took time from his day off to show me an Impreza and introduce me to Jesse; great team work! Jesse was very helpful and very courtious during the negotiation phase. Randy saw that we had been there a while and came by to offer a snack and to thank us for our patience; great customer service! Overall I was very happy with the deal and I would recommend Lithia to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More
