I dealt with Paul and had the best experience purchasing my 2013 Outback Limited. Paul was very empathetic, and had the beautiful graphite gray 2.5 limited on the lot in two days (6 miles on the odometer). I live in South Lake Tahoe, and had to pick up the subie late wednesday night. He came in after hours, and addressed all my inquiries. The sales price was outstanding, knowing he probably could have made more profit since I was desperate for an all wheel drive auto in the snowy weather. His follow-up was genuine, and the entire experience was the best I have ever had bar none. I love the subie, and would highly recommend Paul, his honest, open approach took all the anxiety out of the equation. More

Jesse did a fine job in helping me and was very friendly. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I was there to get a new vehicle, so obviously my trade-in was old. The front office, WHO EVER THEY ARE, did not want to help, saying " We think your trade in is too old and we really do not want to take it in as a trade. " This statement almost broke the deal and I was ready to walkout. I wasn't asking for an outrages trade in price, but the front office telling me that "THEY" did not want my trade in and that I should sell it on my own made me angry, at that point I wanted to walk out and take my $29,900.00 " PAID IN FULL" with me. Jesse, was nice enough to work with me and got me $799.80 for my trade in. I was also informed that within six hours, the same day, there was already an offer to buy my trade in. You should be thankful that you have a sale rep. like Jesse to smooth the way between your front office and the customer; it seems they did not want to make a deal. More

I think car salesmen do not realize how stressful the process of purchasing a car is to buyers who may only go through it every few years. I knew which car I wanted, but dreaded going into the dealershi process of purchasing a car is to buyers who may only go through it every few years. I knew which car I wanted, but dreaded going into the dealership and dealing with car salesman. However from the beginning Jesse was the ultimate professional, diplaying character and honesty throughout the transacation. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Paul who did not display the professionalism one would expect, especially since he misquoted important information in his email. It took Jesse and Dustin to bring me back to the negotiation table, and in the end they made it right. One of my friends is considering buying the same car, and I would recommend Lithia to her over any other dealership, but would steer her directly to Jesse for a stress-free transaction. More

Everyone (almost) was fantastic..........but, I honestly feel I got screwed royally on the money I was allowed for my 2007 BMW X3.
