personable, professional, and thorough Ohhhhh, we were soooo eazzzeeeeee !! We got so much wool pulled over us you'd think they were sheep ranchers. Don't know if we were fleeced or shear Ohhhhh, we were soooo eazzzeeeeee !! We got so much wool pulled over us you'd think they were sheep ranchers. Don't know if we were fleeced or sheared !! SERIOUSLY, WE WERE TREATED WONDERFULLY. Picked a miserable day for a test drive , 5 Jan, 3-4" snow in an hour, but it let the Subaru show off a bit, and the rest of the day just got better. They provided intelligent answers to all our dumb questions. We got down to a good price in 15-20 minutes, and then Paul, Brock, and the finance team kept things rolling until we had our keys and were on our way to lunch, about 3 1/2 hours, total. Calin was great, there are some BS deposit policies though. Can't do much about the BS policies I guess. Calin provided some great customer service though; he made sure to keep me in the loop on my Subaru during it's lengthy waiting period, and was really the redeeming factor in the whole process. I found out afterward that I could've got the car for cheaper in Carson, which was odd because they claimed they beat Carson's prices by $500. That's my fault though for not doing my research though, so oh well, the price was still decent. Paul Bushnell was kind of condescending via email, that was lame. Also, when the car came it had damage on the hood that needed to be buffed out while I was signing paperwork, and greasy/oily handprints all over the inside. You shouldn't have the people who are getting their hands dirty detailing cars, or if the car needs to be inspected by a mechanic, do the detailing work afterward... The gross oily handprints I could get over since none stained anywhere but the hood damage was kind of ridiculous as I'm sure it would've been ignored had I not pointed it out, and was very obviously damage of some sort. There needs to be higher visual standards set for brand new cars being sold to customers. I probably would/will not recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

New Outback purchase I was quoted a VERY competitive price for my 2016 Outback Ltd. over the internet When I went into the deanship to pick up my new vehicle Evan W. he gr I was quoted a VERY competitive price for my 2016 Outback Ltd. over the internet When I went into the deanship to pick up my new vehicle Evan W. he greeted me and helped with the completion of the sale. I found Evan W. polite, courteous and professional. Prior to driving off, Evan W. went over EVERY detail and explained how all of the new tech gadgets worked, this was very time consuming however, he was patient and understanding. When I left, Evan W. told me that although the sale is complete, I could contact him with any questions etc. I did and he helped me with all questions and issues, Evan W. made this new car purchase a low stress event.
