Some good some very bad! The sales people were great! We stopped in to look at cars and walked out with a new A5 Quattro! Erika was fantastic. The only down side of our purchase (for cash and trade in) is that we agreed to wait for the car when we said that we would purchase it. A better decision, and better use of our time, was to come back the next day to pick the car up. The wait time was longer than we had expected even though it was late in the day. When we went back two days after driving our car away to deliver our check for the balance of the purchase and our old vehicle title, we spoke once again to Rance. He outright lied to us regarding the maintenance requirements and maintenance contract! We drive just about 2000 miles a year and Rance said that in three years, at 6000 miles, we would need a full transmission maintenance or our warranty would be void!!! That prompted us to ask how we could return the car immediately. We were not informed and had no idea that these maintenance requirements were in force. It turned out, after much discussion with the sales manager, Paul, that this was bad information and that we would, indeed be able to maintain our warranty by doing annual oil changes. We hope that this is truly the case but will have no way of knowing until time passes. We are amazed that you can walk into a dealership, agree to purchase a $46000+ item in 2 hours, pay cash for it, and receive such horrible treatment. A really crappy business model! In summary, the sales folks were great, the finance person, even though we paid cash, was bad beyond words! More

Happy Ending to long, long search for perfect Audi Since its introduction in 2015, I've been pining for an Audi A3. The first generation didn't have the equipment I wanted so I patiently waited until 2 Since its introduction in 2015, I've been pining for an Audi A3. The first generation didn't have the equipment I wanted so I patiently waited until 2017 when Audi got it right. I did exhaustive research on the car. I test drove it several times. When visiting dealerships. I became the target of everything from ambivalent "take or leave it" attitudes to harrassing dealers who would say anything to make a sale. I was not comfortable dealing with them at all so I walked out. It was frustrating & nerve racking but I was prepared. Then I read on YELP about Coral Springs Audi & the positive experience buyers had with Paul Carmona, so I decided to give him a shot. Upon meeting Paul, he immediately put me at ease. His appearance is very professional & his demeanor is friendly but not in a phony way. He is very knowledgeable about Audi & he worked very hard on my behalf. Halfway through the negotiations, I realized I had made a bid for the wrong model!!! I rushed over & told Paul. He was terrific about it! He found the car I wanted & couldn't have been nicer about my oversight. I also want to emphasize that during this whole time (approx. 5 hours), I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER PAUL DEALT WITH. He gave me 100% of his attention & was not diverted by cellphone calls or anything. That really pleased me & made me feel even more secure buying from him. Bottom line, I drove out of there with the car of my dreams & a super buying experience!!! Even though he didn't have to, Paul insisted upon syncing my phone with the car & showing me all of the car's fun, new technical innovations. WOW!!! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! He also made it very clear that after the sale, I have 100% total recourse & can expect the same level of service from him should anything go wrong. I tend to keep my cars for a long time & drive them into the ground. In conclusion, I am very pleased this smooth, hassle-free car buying experience and I will return to buy again when my new Audi turns 200,000 miles! More

AWESOME is APROPOS to AUDI A7 I had been thinking of leasing my dream car for several months as I approached my mid life crises phase. However, I did not know if it was a realist I had been thinking of leasing my dream car for several months as I approached my mid life crises phase. However, I did not know if it was a realistic possibility. Over the summer, I would stop by the Audi Dealership near my home and walk the lot and wonder which color would suit me best. To my surprise, no one ever took the time to inquire if I was interested in any of the vehicles. I appreciate the no hassle policy but this was the extreme. After a few visits, I figured that the lack of attention was a sign that my dream car would have to wait another day, another year, another lifetime. Then I happened to look at a random Audi website on a Friday after work. Five minutes later, I received an energetic phone call from Ginger Philips of Audi Coral Springs. I felt compelled to drive north, past the other Audi Dealership to entertain my dream car acquisition. When I arrived, Paul Carmona welcomed me and allowed me to test drive my Audi A7. Rance Williams put in hard work and dedication to come up with an affordable deal that made my dream car a reality. The Audi Coral Springs experience made me feel like I made real friends. Now when I drive, I catch a lot of other folks daydreaming as they notice my A7...made you look! More
