I contacted the dealer through the internet and Paul is their internet point person. He responded to my emails quickly and found the car we were looking for right away. It was just being built in Canada their internet point person. He responded to my emails quickly and found the car we were looking for right away. It was just being built in Canada which concerned us but Paul assured us that if it took longer than the promised 3-4 weeks to arrive, he would give us a loaner at no cost. The car, a 2012 Civic Si Coupe, is the first one in the bay area and we got it. He pushed to have the car ready and got it to us in 3 weeks, at the price quoted with no hassles. Our credit was a concern for us in buying the car but the dealership stepped up to the plate and got us a better rate than we were qouted at a local credit union. All in all, the experience was exactly as promised, Paul was great with a great sense of humor and really took care of us. I would highly recommend him and the dealership! More

I have never purchased or leased a vehicle through the internet. I was blessed to fall into the hands of Paul Ciardiello, a very competent, caring, professional sales person/internet sales manager. I wanted to lease a car for the six months I spend in northern Nevada. He gave me all the attention I needed, realized it was very difficult to handle things from so far away and yet there was immediately an element of trust that I had not expected nor experienced with other car dealerships. He is always responsive, returns your calls sooner than soon and always portrays a very happy, positive image which gave me the feeling that he wanted me to have a positive and happy experience, too. I never had any pressures, the price was by far the best of any dealership and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I must add that the car I wanted was not in stock and Paul found me exactly what I wanted at a time when most would have asked me to settle for what was available. As a matter of fact, before I selected Paul and Manly Honda, that was the attitude of other dealerships, both in Nevada and northern CA. In summary, I couldn't have ended in better hands. He is a true professional for he made sure at every step that I should be happy with his service. he made spending thousands of dollars a happy experience and how many times in my life can I say that? Paul offered me a good price before I came in and when I arrived it was quick and effortless. There were no tricks or hard sell tactics as I had experienced elsewhere. Just good people making a good deal. Excellent friendly help and guidance without the hard sell.
