Extremely dissatisfied. Last year2022 the battery had to be replaced but covered by the warranty.This year 2023 battery was again replaced but had no warranty all though it Last year2022 the battery had to be replaced but covered by the warranty.This year 2023 battery was again replaced but had no warranty all though it was a year old.The new battery now has a 3 year warranty..how do you explain this?i will not recommend Honda cars or Planet Honda service More

This is the absolute worst service dealer for Honda. They are so rude and disorganized. I never heard of no walk-ins just to get air in my tires. Then I was told I would have to wait 3-4 hours if I came in w are so rude and disorganized. I never heard of no walk-ins just to get air in my tires. Then I was told I would have to wait 3-4 hours if I came in while waiting. The rude manager said to also leave the car with him and he will look at it the next day and there was no ride to take me home. My ride is all the way in New York. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard just for air. I will never ever deal with the service or sales department again. I ended up getting air at a gas station which was free of charge and it took a couple of minutes. I also got my Honda towed there for another situation and they almost lost the car and no one ever called to update me on how my Honda was. I had to call. Never again will I go here. The dealers in new York are better. More

Got there about 9:45 for a 10:00 am appt. for Air Bag Operation check. And that was all. Did not get the car back until about 12:15. Extremely disappointing and absurd that it would take this long.
