The rear passenger door required painting. The work was meticulously done and matched exactly with the original. The car was delivered clean and when promised. Poor, Sales Rep Doesn't reply Bought a 2015 Honda CR-V Had a vibration, took it back to dealership and they fixed it w/o charge. told him about one tire and they said to contact t Bought a 2015 Honda CR-V Had a vibration, took it back to dealership and they fixed it w/o charge. told him about one tire and they said to contact the sales rep as the service center doesn't handle that issue and he went further to mention they should address the issue, which I did. I even had to go back to dealership to p/u vehicle manual and he even seemed annoyed with getting me one. My Car battery went with in 5 months, would not replace it or pro-rate it even with the wrap warranty. (Service Shop Dept.) Ouch! 1 tire kept losing air finally after 4 months owning the CR-V went to Mr. Tire and they said the tire already has 2 patches I can put one on and afterwards must be replaced. 2nd tire 7 months had a leak went to Pep Boys, and had 3 patches so I had to purchase 2 new tires I have called the dealership 2x then customer service rep transferred me to my sales rep Kelechi and never returned my call. I even emailed him with out any response on 4 occasions . (I Kept my email receipt as proof) Very sad More

Thumbs Up I took my wife's SUV to Planet Honda in Union NJ and was in need of Service Work from their Body Shop and was treated with professional courtesy and k I took my wife's SUV to Planet Honda in Union NJ and was in need of Service Work from their Body Shop and was treated with professional courtesy and kindness throughout the whole experience. The gentlemen running the Service Dept. Joe (Scibilia) was able to get us a loaner vehicle while my wife and I were getting escorted over to the Body Shop towards the Manager Paul (Ferreira) for repairs. Inside of a week & 1/2 our truck was completely repaired and back to new. When we picked it up, I was surprised and Happy to see that they went the extra mile by having our SUV cleaned up & Detailed by the Clean-Up Department. We were Absolutely Impressed with the way they conduct and treat customers regarding business. From the Service Dept. to the Body Shop to the Detail Dept. it was a 5 Star Experience, I would bring all my vehicles to this Dealership and recommend them to others. Bobby A. More

The Best Body Shop Experience Ever! My vehicle was ready earlier and looking great! Paul and David, along with the front counter person were a pleasure to work with. I have worked with other body shops in the past but this place makes you feel like family. I never wanted to leave my old body shop but was THANKFULLY told by my insurance company that I needed me to use Planet Honda. Enjoyable Purchase and Services at Planet Honda I very recently purchased a new car from Planet Honda. Their employees are friendly and greet you as soon as you enter their building. Frankie Talaric I very recently purchased a new car from Planet Honda. Their employees are friendly and greet you as soon as you enter their building. Frankie Talarico, Sales Consultant, and Eddie Amorin, Sales Director, were very personable and respectful. Mr. Amorin made me feel very comfortable with the pricing and integrity of this dealership. He is well-mannered and the nicest man I have encountered since I have been purchasing automobiles. One week after the purchase of my car, someone made a dent on my car. Mr. Amorin immediately accommodated me and had the problem corrected. Also, I previously owned a Honda which I had serviced a few times from Planet Honda. The Service Manager, Matthew Papol was also very attentive and effective. I am confident that I made the best choice to purchase my new car from Planet Honda and also for the automobile services I will need hereafter. First of all when we contacted Ben Adams in the Body Shop we received an estimate within 24 hours. Next within 2 days of the estimate we brought our vehicle in to receive a new bumper. A phone call was rec we received an estimate within 24 hours. Next within 2 days of the estimate we brought our vehicle in to receive a new bumper. A phone call was received that a panel underneath the vehicle was damaged and needed to be replace. Ben called us on Thursday to let us know our vehicle was completed. The process of picking up and paying for the repairs was painless and fast. I would definitely go back to Planet Honda to have any body repairs to any of our vehicles in the future. Every aspect was done professionally and timely. More

An unfortunate accident left the front end of my almost-new (20,000 miles) Hyundai Elantra in a total wreck. I was dubious that it could even BE repaired. However, Progressive Insurance said they' almost-new (20,000 miles) Hyundai Elantra in a total wreck. I was dubious that it could even BE repaired. However, Progressive Insurance said they'd stand behind the work, so I asked to have it done there. In the past, this level of repair was almost always followed by "frame straightening", and an interminable set of visits such that the car could not have been properly repaired. I felt that ONLY a factory-trained repair shop had a prayer of putting my car back together again. Although there was a slight delay receiving some parts during the repair, the body shop was prompt to keep us informed as to status, and always up to date. When the car was ready, we could not pick it up right away on Friday, so they arranged for us to settle the account at the cashier's window on Saturday, even though the body shop wasn't open. The same day, we set out for a 1,000 miles journey from NJ to Western PA, over both interstate highways and arduous rural roads. To our great delight, the car PERFORMED LIKE NEW OR BETTER! It was obvious that all tires were balanced, the suspension tuned, and the invoice showed that only new-car factory replacement parts had been used. Although the total bill was over $6,500, it saved an even greater financial loss had the car been totalled, for I would have compelely lost my down payment on the car, and been faced with starting from scratch with no trade-in on a replacement vehicle. Instead, I am driving a car with a completely new front end, 20,000 miles on the engine, and in perfect running condition. I am sure this vehicle will provide the 6-10 years of service I had projected when it was purchased, and that I won't have to prematurely dispose of it because of the accident. I would definitely recommend this body shop for their skill, courtesy, and excellence in complex repairs. Thank you, Planet Honda! More
