Paul Gallo was exceptionally helpful during this process, as were the other staff. The sale price and trade in allowances were very competitive. The attention payed to explaining the features of the car was particularly welcome and appreciated. Overall, everything went as smoothly and pleasantly as is possible for an automobile purchase. While Paul and his colleagues were pleasant to work with, the prize goes to Diego the puppy. He added a furry note to the proceedings. More

What an awesome experience!!! We had been car shopping for a few weeks at this point and we finally zoned down on a Mazda CX5. After we went back and forth with several dealerships We had been car shopping for a few weeks at this point and we finally zoned down on a Mazda CX5. After we went back and forth with several dealerships we choose to go with Heritage Bel Air. We got the price we were aiming for, no hassle, no pushyness and super friendly. It was such a different experience from other dealerships (even including within Heritage Mazda dealerships, Bel Air is the absolute best!). Paul Gallo helped to make the experience so easy and fun! Again no 'In your fave you NEED this car', he listen, made note and made it happen. Dustin was also very helpful, as nervous and anxious I was to make the transaction, they gave me an awesome deal and were very transparent. All and all A+. More
