Two hours for a scheduled 8:30 a. m. weekday oil change was excessive. Quoted me double the price for the oil change ("about $200," when actual price was $94 including tax and fees). Adviser also recommended an extra service that I literally had already completed at my last oil change a few months earlier at this same dealership, which he confirmed when he I mentioned this. Definitely got the ick they were pushing to upsell. I've had better experiences here in the past, so maybe this was an exceptionally bad day for them? More

Service advisers Josh Ropiza (Chevrolet) and Tyson Asams (Mazda) have been providing us with EXCELLENT customer service since our first purchase at the Davis Gainesville dealership in 2019. They are respect (Mazda) have been providing us with EXCELLENT customer service since our first purchase at the Davis Gainesville dealership in 2019. They are respectful and have consistently proved to be efficient and knowledgeable about the work required to repair or resolve any of the issues that arose with our vehicles. They also keep us informed during the repair process regarding recommendations, cost estimates and estimates of work completion time which have been quite accurate. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Davis Chevrolet / Mazda with NO COMPLAINTS from the date of purchase to present when service is required. We have also recently had automotive service performed on a 2007 Pontiac Solstice with superb results. The personnel working at this dealership are AWESOME!!! More
