Adviser also recommended an extra service that I literally had already completed at my last oil change a few months earlier at this same dealership, which he confirmed when he I mentioned this. Definitely got the ick they were pushing to upsell. I've had better experiences here in the past, so maybe this was an exceptionally bad day for them?

They also keep us informed during the repair process regarding recommendations, cost estimates and estimates of work completion time which have been quite accurate. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Davis Chevrolet / Mazda with NO COMPLAINTS from the date of purchase to present when service is required.
