Paul Gomez went above and beyond the call of duty while a new short-block engine replacement was serviced on my Kia Soul. It took a couple of months for this big job to be completed, so Paul and Central Kia new short-block engine replacement was serviced on my Kia Soul. It took a couple of months for this big job to be completed, so Paul and Central Kia of Plano fully paid for an Enterprise rental (minus the CDW coverage) and then transferred me into a dealer loaner car when one became available about 2-3 weeks later, again at no cost to me. This is the kind of service you’d expect from a luxury car dealer. This place has treated me better than any other dealership in a very long time. Thanks to Paul and Central Kia of Plano. More
