Paul Gomez went above and beyond the call of duty while a new short-block engine replacement was serviced on my Kia Soul. It took a couple of months for this big job to be completed, so Paul and Central Kia new short-block engine replacement was serviced on my Kia Soul. It took a couple of months for this big job to be completed, so Paul and Central Kia of Plano fully paid for an Enterprise rental (minus the CDW coverage) and then transferred me into a dealer loaner car when one became available about 2-3 weeks later, again at no cost to me.
