Rude staff the staff on both the sales and service department are pretty rude and inconsiderate. brought my car for scheduled appointment oil change, waited 30 m the staff on both the sales and service department are pretty rude and inconsiderate. brought my car for scheduled appointment oil change, waited 30 min before I was seen by a staff, after I was seen, I stated (multiple times) that I need a sample in the Blackstone bottle for oil analysis, never done, the only thing I got was "sorry I forgot" and a 4 hour wait. That said, I cant give them 1 star, the oil change was good (checking dipstick). I was inquiring about a vehicle, the staff was rude in the email and literally questions my intelligence by telling me this is a cheap price (when it is not) the individual literally think customer dont do their research and shopped around. The car was in a crash, the fact that the dealership would not CPO it's own vehicle is a sign that tells me to walk away but on this particular incident the staff was insulting and passing off as arrogant. I would not do business with this dealership and encourage others to beware. More
