My family and I had a wonderful experience here at Doug Justus. I was able to be there for multiple days looking at and test driving car with my newborn and sometimes my 7 year old. I felt like I was bugging them asking to drive car after car while lugging my baby around in his carseat and base. They never gave an annoyed look or said a rude word. They were all helpful and kind especially Paul Honebrink who went out of his way to help me and insisted that I wasn't a bother (I'm sure I kinda was). Even when I had to take two of the cars to my mechanic to be inspected they happily got the cars ready and I was able to take them and bring them back without issue or them making it a big thing. (Some dealers lose it if you even ask to take a car to be looked at. And then finally the usually "dreaded" paperwork was made super easy by the sweetest finance lady (can't remember your name *You know who you are*)! And not once did I feel harrassed or like someone was pushing a sale on me. It was a nice relaxing environment with nothing but helpful, kind people who would answer any questions and help in any way they could. I recommend Doug Justus 100%. And will buy exclusively from them in the future!!! More
