We stopped in on a Sunday after visiting several dealerships and I was tired and wasn’t feeling like really looking at another car and the gentleman sales associate greeted us and told us if he could help to come back and let him know. We looked around and left. However, I was more refreshed on Tuesday, and had liked what I saw on Sunday and the way we were treated that I dragged my son and husband back and found my “new to me” car! With the help of Paul Honebrink the experience was painless, and easier then I anticipated. They even helped pay for gas in the car I purchased because they already closed their pumps. Now that is service above and beyond the normal. I’ve already told family and friends to start their shopping for cars there if they are looking. Seriously, keep up the good work Doug Justus employees; it is rare to find a company with great public relations! More
