White Plains Honda should be proud to have Paul Kim as a service consultant on its team. I was fortunate to have him as the sales consultant who helped me make the choice about the Honda CRV-EX and made th service consultant on its team. I was fortunate to have him as the sales consultant who helped me make the choice about the Honda CRV-EX and made the purchase process an easy, pleasant, and a quick process. Based on my experience working with Paul and watching him dealing with other customers and sales people in the dealership, I can comment on 3 aspects. Those aspects are Paul’s knowledge and experience about the Honda products, his manners in dealing with customers and the dealership team, and his personality and attitude. Regarding his knowledge, it is clear that Paul studied the variety of cars and can be very informative and resourceful to the customers. The way he compares the cars is very educational and save customers a lot to time and effort to make the choice that is suitable for them. He presents all the facts and guide the customers to make the best choice for them. He does not put pressure on customers and the ways of explaining the different models and styles are very educational and entertaining, and provides very useful facts and figures. Regarding his manners in dealing with customers, he is honest, transparent, and honors his promises and deals. It is clear that his main goal is to make customers happy and very satisfied. There was a glitch in the system at the type of my payment that would have added to my cost but Paul convinced the general manager to absorb the additional cost and keep the promise. He has a very pleasant personality. He is serious but funny at the same time. He goes above and beyond the traditional good sales’ consultant way. He ensures that customers leave the dealership happy the returns back for other cars and purchases. I recommend him highly without any hesitations. More

I had an absolutely amazing experience buying my Honda Civic Type R from Paul. Not only did they make the whole process super smooth and easy, but they went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthd Civic Type R from Paul. Warning: Deceptive Practices and Zero Accountability I strongly suspect many of the positive reviews here are fake. Our experience with this dealership was appalling—dishonest, manipulative, and financial strongly suspect many of the positive reviews here are fake. Our experience with this dealership was appalling—dishonest, manipulative, and financially damaging. We went in as first-time lessees after seeing a lease offer online: $230/month for 36 months, 12K miles/year, with $3K down for a Honda HR-V Sport. After 3 hours with salesperson Paul Kim, we were told there would be nearly $5,000 in additional fees and taxes. When I questioned the discrepancy from the online price, Paul said, "Nothing is true on the internet." That should’ve been our cue to walk out. Eventually, we negotiated a price, but then I was passed off to Finance Manager Ana Diaz—whose behavior was truly deceptive. She pitched me fabric, wheel, and dent protection packages, saying I could add them now and remove them within 30 days if we changed our minds (I wanted to discuss it with my wife who had to leave). That was a lie. She also claimed to include a “free” Honda Care maintenance package—but we later discovered she rolled its cost into the Gross Capitalized Cost of the car so we're paying for it. By the time we signed, the base price had ballooned from $30,850 to nearly $38,000. Our monthly payment skyrocketed to $560/month—more than double the advertised price. The next day, I called Ana to remove the protection packages as discussed hoping to get our monthly cost back down. She told me they couldn’t be removed—only maybe deducted at the end of the lease which is a scam that only benefits the dealer. So we’re stuck paying inflated costs (plus interest) for three years. We tried contacting the general manager, Jason Graciano and Paul Kim by phone and email. No one returned our calls. Honda Financial and Honda Corporate were equally unhelpful. We've since filed a complaint with the NY State Attorney General. This experience has caused us significant stress and financial hardship. We will never buy or lease another Honda, and we strongly urge others to avoid White Plains Honda at all costs. More

Paul Kim at White Plains Honda was my salesperson for my new Civic Si. I asked to write this review as I want to share my thoughts on the experience. Paul is honest and super knowledgeable. No pressure at all; just information and his point of view on model, color and, in my case, how best to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission. I simply found Paul to be calm and self-assured. Regarding pricing, he was transparent and worked to make sure I was comfortable with the different charges applied. And the car itself is amazing - excellent value for money and a super fun car. Shop with Paul - he will steer you right (pun intended). More
