What really stood out was that this wasn't simply about selling me another vehicle. Making the switch from a gasoline-powered BMW to an EV was a significant decision, especially considering I drive approximately 600 miles a week. Rather than just focusing on getting the deal done, they took the time to walk through the numbers, evaluate charging options, look at charging locations and routes, and even help calculate the potential operating cost savings based on my actual driving habits. That level of attention and willingness to educate a customer goes well beyond what I would consider a typical dealership experience. In many ways, it felt as much like mentoring someone through the transition to electric ownership as it did purchasing a vehicle. They also went out of their way to work with me on the trade value of my X3, which I originally purchased from them, and provided outstanding service on my M3 throughout the process. That consistency across sales, trade-in, and service says a lot about how they value their customers and build long-term relationships. I've owned several BMWs over the years, and I appreciate working with people who understand that purchasing a vehicle is about more than just the transaction. This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new car and my first BMW. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional. Once I showed interest in buying he came back quickly with what I thought was a very fair offer from the start for the BMW and my trade in. After the deal was agreed upon while the documents were being prepared Susan showed me how to use the features of the car, get my phone set up to work with it and how to use the different settings. She was very good at answering my questions, getting things set up the way I wanted them, and getting me ready to drive home with my new car. The finance process was fairly quick and well prepared. Eric was friendly and walked me through the documents making sure I understood everything. Overall it was a great buying experience and from the time I took the test drive to the time I drove my BMW home it only took a few hours. Professional staff, everyone is friendly, and the office is clean and impressive. Make sure to check out some of the cool cars they have on display on the top floor. Once I left I felt like I was not only highly valued as a customer but my time was valued as well. This is the nicest car I have ever had and I appreciate them making the experience so pleasant.
