Purchase New Vehicle This is my third GLK from this dealership. I have used their service section as well. They are courteous and professional at all times. The are respectful of your time and conduct their business expeditiously. I have dealt with the same employee all times to buy my vehicles. His name is Paul Lai. This time, Paul went above and beyond my expectations. My car was damaged by a deer as it neared the end of the lease. Paul got me out of the lease and into an upgraded GLK that gave me all the features that I needed for a sum less than the previous car. As if that were not enough, he drove me to a rental car agency on the day of the accident and kept in touch with the body shop for me. Today, I dropped off the rental to this dealership and gave the keys to Paul who will oversee the return. I will say this - as much as I expect a great car at a great price from Mercedes Benz, it is these acts of kindness that make Paul Lai not just a good salesperson, but an exceptional one.
