After Kyle sat down with us and went through all of Smythe's used inventory, we switched to the Inscription model. We never heard of that model before. Kyle suggested the inscription as our only reservation was extra legroom. Our entire family is extremely happy with our purchase. We purchased a car with low miles and in great condition. We absolutely love the way it drives. This is our first Volvo looking forward to turning in our other car for another Volvo. Volvo's tech specialist, Paul, was also very kind and easy to work with. He set the car up with us before we left the dealership. We highly recommend Kyle and Paul to all of our family & friends! More

Just swapped my 2018 S90 for a 2021 XC60. When the timing was right, he was able to turn things around in 24 hrs. Bob and Ernest expedited things with insurance and financing. Paul Leary, the Delivery Specialist, was on standby while we processed the paperwork, and then walked me thru the controls on my beautiful new car. I feel comfortable calling him if something comes up that I need help with. The professionalism and customer service at Smythe is excellent throughout and based on my prior experience, I know that the Service Department will be taking good care of me when I come in for maintenance or repairs. More

He is very patient and answered all of our questions. The test drive went well and he walked us through all the steps that followed. It was such a pleasure working with him that we ended up getting two Volvos on the same day, thanks to Bob and the rest of the team. Paul was great in showing all the features of the cars to our family --twice in one day. He really knows the cars and was so respectful in how he treated us. Francine in Finance did a great job too. She explained all the paperwork and handled everything so quickly, without a hitch. I would recommend this dealership and this team to anyone who is in the market for a nice car -- or two! More

Bob Cerza led me through the whole process, explained everything, and answered all of my questions, When I changed my mind over the weekend, a Volvo.
