This dealership should be avoided at all costs. The customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. Vehicles are damaged by their service department and management is more customer service is terrible. They have no regard for their customers at all. The sales representatives and finance department are misleading and write “nothing promised or implied” on the “we owe” sheets of their contracts, even when they agree to correcting items. The classic term “shady” definitely applies. I have driven a Hyundai my entire life and my multiple experiences at this dealership have left me going to a different Luther dealership where they helped me get out my vehicle. This staff is not courteous, unprofessional, deceptive, and downright unhelpful - these traits are only amplified when they are busy. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership and especially avoiding Hector in their Sales Department and the woman in the Finance Department (whose name I cannot recall). More
