The finance manager Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. A couple suggestions for improvement. Everyone needs to stop talking so fast. I understand Paul is trying to meet with as many customers as he can, and that Scott is on a tight time schedule to complete the sale. They need to be given more time, slow down, take a breath, and let the customer digest the information. Seems like there is alot of pressure on them from management. More
