I left a message and my phone number and never received a call back. I feel this was very unprofessional and I will never purchase another vehicle from a Luther dealership again!!! More

The small gesture of either of them picking up their phones to respond to a voicemail could have helped me considerably but they don't care about the customer experience. More

The finance manager Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. A couple suggestions for improvement. Everyone needs to stop talking so fast. I understand Paul is trying to meet with as many customers as he can, and that Scott is on a tight time schedule to complete the sale. They need to be given more time, slow down, take a breath, and let the customer digest the information. Seems like there is alot of pressure on them from management. More
