My return experience to Treasure Coast Lexus is extremely disheartening.. I am feeling frustrated, and very dissatisfied for months.This is my second purchase fromTreasure Coast Lexus but I encountered issue disheartening.. I am feeling frustrated, and very dissatisfied for months.This is my second purchase fromTreasure Coast Lexus but I encountered issues shortly after. I called and had a pleasant conversation with Tina Klein the GM. She offered a resolution, but needed to speak Sales associate, Paul Licausi then he or she would follow up with me. I NEVER HEARD BACK! I waited 3 weeks, then called, but Tina was not available. I never received a return call. I waited again then finally called requesting Tina, but she never took my calls and never called me back. I left multiple messages including one on her cell phone and not one was returned over the course of six months. Finally, I reached out to corporate, desperate for help. Lexus Corporate left me hanging for two weeks then SUGGESTED I contact the "non responsive" dealership or hire an attorney??? Now, the car is OVER due for maintenance and Lexus owes me money for equipment never installed! 1. GENERAL MANAGER UNRESPONSIVE, UNAVAILABLE FOR OVER 7 MONTHS! 2. LEXUS OWES ME MONEY AND THE CAR IS OVER DUE MAINTENANCE! 3. CORPORATE WAS A WASTE OF TIME!! My previous experience with Lexus was great, Steve Friendly was the GM, but he since passed, Im sorry. I loved my Lexus vehicles, but through this experience I have lost trust in the Lexus name. I am currently seeking other options outside of Lexus and Toyota. Furthermore, I share with all associates and even acquaintance's about my negative experience in choosing to do business with Treasure Coast Lexus. Tina the GM and Lexus Corporate has certainly sent the message that customer care is not a priority! More
