I was never once put in an uncomfortable position with any of the sales associates or made to feel like I was any less important than a customer buying a new vehicle. All my questions were answered to the best of the associates abilities and if they didn't know an answer off hand they would quickly find out for me. The finance department went above and beyond to find the most economically viable method for me to finance my truck as well. Overall it was a very welcoming and thoroughly explained process. Also I believe it was sales associate Ryan Silva's first sale and he was extremely professional and courteous throughout. More

Our salesperson, Ray is obviously a hard working guy...honest and was easy to deal Our experience was not smooth, but in the end we were satisfied. The uneven part was a vehicle breakdown on a test drive and an issue that resulted in not having our car ready when promised. We walked away satisfied because we got the car that we wanted at the price that we found acceptable. We would recommend Bristol Toyota and when you go...ask for Ray. More
