I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service I received from Dan Cummins. While my vehicle was in your care, my chrome mirror was damaged. This damage did not exist prior to my visit the service I received from Dan Cummins. While my vehicle was in your care, my chrome mirror was damaged. This damage did not exist prior to my visit and occurred solely due to the handling of my vehicle by your staff. What is most upsetting is not just the damage itself, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and concern shown afterward. I expected your team to take responsibility and provide a clear resolution. Instead, the issue was handled poorly, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the overall service. When a customer entrusts their vehicle to a dealership, basic care and respect for that property should be guaranteed. Damaging a vehicle and failing to promptly and properly address the issue is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable customer service standards. I am requesting that this matter be resolved immediately, including repair or replacement of the damaged chrome mirror at no cost to me. I expect to be contacted promptly regarding how Dan Cummins plans to correct this situation. This experience has significantly impacted my opinion of your business, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to make this right More
