Very Friendly without the high pressure to buy today. After shopping around for a vehicle, I was very pleased with the experience at Dan Cummins. Martin Mazzetti and Matt Bell provided excellent help and information. Another person in the internet department took it upon herself to text me a few pics when both Martin and Matt were unavailable. While they obviously wanted me to purchase a vehicle, they did not pressure me to “buy today” by continuing to asking closing questions after I told them I wanted to think about the purchase. In hind sight, I would have purchased it sooner and saved all of us some time, but it’s a big purchase... Anyway, one item to improve would be the detailing of the vehicle. Someone in detailing this used truck (with vinyl flooring that we like) applied Armor All or something slick to the interior and after 5 months, it’s just now starting to wear off. Also the service staff (Paul Lyon I think, as my wife took the vehicle in) after the sale has been great to work with as we addressed a warranty item. Thank you More

Dan Cummins had the best online price in the entire state for the model, year, and mileage I was looking for. Salesman Anthony Ferrebee was very respectful, patient, polite, and knowledgeable. He helped make the entire car buying experience very pleasant and hassle free, which is usually known for being long, tedious, and excruciating. My vehicle was only on the lot a couple days and required a few minor, tune-up like services. They were quick to take care of everything, and after a buffing and detailing.......I was on my way in the SUV I've always wanted. When it came to paper signing time, TIm Hendershot provided a kind, honest financing experience. No pressure on unnecessary add-ons or any "new" numbers were thrown into the equation. This will be the first dealership on my list when my wife is ready for a new vehicle. More
