My most recent experience was last night with Paul Macchi (my salesman) and Ahmad Al-Jallad (Business Manager) They went above and beyond and we ended up leaving at 9:40pm but because of them I am the proud owner of a 2019 Chevy Impala. Both fantastic men to deal with and I had my 16 year old daughter with me who they kept completely entertained! I HIGHLY recommend Imperial Chevrolet and specifically these two men!!! I can't thank them enough and I WILL ABSOLUTELY be buying from them again!! More

Excellent customer service I called several dealerships looking for specific information on 3rd row SUV's. Imperial was the only dealership that provided me with the information I asked for. Even though my questions could not be answered on the initial call, the receptionist took my name and number and I received a quick call back from the Manager David Boratyn. He answered all my questions and set an appointment to test drive cars. He texted me the night before to confirm the appointment and connected me with Paul Macchi, who did his research and had a list of possible vehicles for me to test drive when I arrived. Paul and Dave were friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Imperial for providing the best car buying experience! More

One of the best if not the best dealership around When it comes to shopping around for a vehicle it sometimes can be very stressful. With the experience I had it wasn't stressful what so ever. I worked mostly with Paul to find the vehicle that was meant for me. He would show me the vehicles to stay away from and the ones to really check out. After all the test drives I found the one. I told Paul the Silverado was the truck I loved. When I told Paul, he told me a very wise phrase, "You gotta like it, want it, and it has to fit the budget." I told him the truck checked off all three categories and we got straight to filling out the paperwork. From there on we finished up the paperwork and the deal was finalized. What I thought to be a stressful experience for my first time buying a vehicle turned out to be very fun and would like to thank the employees that helped me for their hard work! More

A very, very good car buying experiencesolidly enjoyable. My wife and I had such a great car buying experience with Paul Macchi . We traveled down from Western Maine to look at a few of the many, many trucks My wife and I had such a great car buying experience with Paul Macchi . We traveled down from Western Maine to look at a few of the many, many trucks Imperial had on their lot. We are not ones to purchase vehicles very often and somehow to our good fortune we were contacted by a woman from Imperial due to my search online for a used truck. Her name is Lisa Donavan., she was also super to work with and very helpful in our search. Anyway, Paul greeted us as we got out of our car and recognized immediately that we were from Maine from our registration plates. He asked how we came to Imperial and after my brief explanation and what we were looking for he immediately got things ready for a test drive of the 2 trucks I had and interest in. His knowledge of the Chevrolet Colorado was impressive. Not only were the test drives very good but Paul's knowledge and history of the area was also impressive and enjoyable. Once we settled on a truck Paul introduced us to Omar and he expertly guided us through the myriad paperwork and signatures. My wife and I have raved about our experience with Paul at Imperial to our family and neighbors. Also, I'm not 100% I mentioned to Paul but I did remark to Omar that I would definitely come back to Imperial for our next car purchase.
