I came back in an was greeted by Paul Macchi. Soft spoken and straight forward. After about 45 minutes of filling out paper work and coming to a deal. Which by the way was one of the easiest I've ever done. They sent me into the finance office where Mr Ahmad Al-Jallad took care of me. Thorough, Patient and not pushy I recently purchased a car with the help of Paul Macchi. We went out for a great test drive for about 20-30 minutes; it was great to experience how th I recently purchased a car with the help of Paul Macchi. We went out for a great test drive for about 20-30 minutes; it was great to experience how the car handled in traffic, merging onto the highway, exiting the highway, twists and turns in the road, braking...plenty of time to really get a great feel for the car. He was very willing to negotiate the price down a little, and does his best to get management to follow through on it. If you are considering financing your vehicle, especially if you are from out of state, I would recommend finding rates on your own because they will not search rates within your home's area. From test driving the car to finalizing the purchase and leaving, was approximately 4 hours on a Wednesday evening....so just a head's up, I would recommend going on a weeknight, Wednesday especially....as they do get very busy and financing can be an addition 2-4 hour wait before you sit with someone; this is from the horse's mouth. Great dealership, PLENTY of options and I highly recommend working with Paul Macchi. EDIT: From the time I left the dealership after the initial purchase, communication was absolutely horrendous. Paul said he would keep me updated on when my car would be delivered to my house; I mentioned that I really needed the car sooner rather than later because my car was on the fritz. I hoped he would have been more proactive in checking in on my vehicle and pushing for it to be registered and processed quicker. I reached out 3 times over the course of a week, and after some excuses, the car was scheduled for delivery, and then it never got delivered. I was out of a car and was SOL to get to work the next day. So, I took a $100+ uber to the dealership to pick the car up (thankfully Celio reimbursed me, and was very kind about it) that evening. The next morning I noticed a dent on the side of the car; I tried for over two weeks to reach Paul, and it was very, very difficult. I was told to bring the car in for them to look at; however I live 2 hours away, so I opted out of that; auto body shop down the road took care of it for free because myself and my family have done our business with them for years. I then inquired about the free oil change (as well as a year of oil changes that he mentioned he'd give me because of the inconvenience involved when waiting for my vehicle); it's been two months, and I have yet to see anything. Essentially, Paul put little to no effort into resolving these issues, and I gave up on contacting him, which I'm sure he was hoping I would do. Really disappointed with his lack of communication and care AFTER the purchase of a vehicle, especially after a fellow active duty military member recommended this dealership to me with the highest praise. I understand that this is one experience; the dealership as a whole was REALLY wonderful, friendly and easy to work with, but the feeling of customer service being dropped as soon as I signed the papers and paid a lot of money for a used car, was pretty terrible. I still, however, hold to what I said earlier about the car buying experience with him, which was absolutely stellar. So, if you purchase your vehicle through him as a sales rep, and there's no issues after you leave the lot, it'll be an amazing experience, I'm sure of it. More
