Paul was very intentive to what I was saying, and heard me 100% word for word. Later that night when I was filling out the paperwork, all the members from Gates took it upon themselves to introduce themselves to me & offer me water. I told Paul my current car has no brakes so he made it very possible to put dealer plates on the SUV and let me drive it home that night. when I came back to transfer the plates, Paul let me borrow his personal car so I could go to & from work that day. I would say the hospitality at Gates is definitely one of a kind. I Encourage anybody who's looking for a new car to make that their new One Stop Shopping place. More

Very courteous Staff Purchased a GMC Sierra 1500. The staff at the dealership was very courteous and professional Presented several choices in my price category. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and had the accessories I needed. The truck rides and handles like a dream, and very quiet. The only negative I have is that I was promised the vehicle at a certain time and had to wait over 90 minutes longer which was a problem since I have an invalid wife at home alone. Follow up later by salesman was very nice wanting to know if I liked the vehicle and had any questions.on it. Another nice thing was the business manager made a mistake in the paperwork and called me back to resign the papers since it was a $2 monthly change in my favor. More
