Willing to go the extra mile I recently helped my mother purchase a new Honda CRV from Honda of Gainesville. Initially I had no intention of making the purchase right away. I had done my research on the vehicle and had those figures prepared. I had recently help my sister with her purchase at another Honda Dealership in Central Florida, and was going to give that dealership the opportunity to earn my mother's business as well. Sebastian, our Honda of Gainesville salesman, greeted us with a smile and a handshake, and from there with NO PRESSURE, and in a very relaxed manner, showed us the vehicle we were there to see. Once we had decided on a particular model, Sebastian sat us down and we discussed figures. Because I had done my homework, and knew what my Mother's trade was worth, and because I had learned through internet research what that model was selling for in the Central Florida area, we were able to reach an agreement on a price, that I thought was too good to pass up. Our thanks to Sebastian (our gentle salesman) and Julio (our very personable paperwork wizard) and to Paul McArther for a car buying experience my mother and I will never forget.
