I just picked up my truck today. It was completed yesterday around 2 pm when I received call from Chris...I got update on vehicle ..I picked up vehicle was told they had to sand down It was completed yesterday around 2 pm when I received call from Chris...I got update on vehicle ..I picked up vehicle was told they had to sand down the brakes that's why they were grinding. Never heard of that but I'm told that happens. Anyway everyone is friendly and helpful.... I wasn't able to see Chris to thank him in person. Since he was the one who helped me from the beginning and and kept me updated on my vehicle. He's super Great! I really like how he remembered me. ☺️ Thank you Chris and to everyone who helped me and most importantly fixing my truck. I sure missed her....Until the next time but not any time soon. I hope! We have been dealing with Raymond, and specifically Paul Neurauter, for quite a few years! He has always come through for us and gotten us the best deals. He had called several times for us to look at new Neurauter, for quite a few years! He has always come through for us and gotten us the best deals. He had called several times for us to look at new vehicles that met most of our wants, but not all, when finally, the perfect used car showed up! We love it! Paul has a lot of patience and was never pushy! All the guys who worked with us on the vehicle under/over coatings and signing the financing paperwork were all very nice also.
