Great experience I worked with Paul DiCarlo. I got no big sales pitch and I didn’t have to meet and be swayed by three or four managers. Paul gave me the info I asked I worked with Paul DiCarlo. I got no big sales pitch and I didn’t have to meet and be swayed by three or four managers. Paul gave me the info I asked for with straight answers. No talking in circles. Just to the points I needed answered.. We went for a test drive and I bought the Truck. After I got the truck home I noticed a problem with the back door which wasn’t covered under warranty. I got an estimate told Paul he sent me a check to have it fixed. Good guy. Jose Olivera was the finance man on the deal. He was a no hype straight answer guy as well. I signed papers and was out very quickly. I hate the drag out process and these guys got right to it. No bull. I’ve already told people that this is the place to buy a car. I live in New York City. They are based in Massachusetts. I would still travel there next time. Very professional and I didn’t feel like I got taken by some side winder. Plus they give you a free bag of popcorn after the sale. Satisfied customer Shane More

The salesman I worked with, Paul DiCarlo, was top-notch, and saw the sale through to completion. He was personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and very trustworthy. He let the car sell itself; he was not at all pushy or applied any pressure. He kept his promises, and I was very impressed by how the car was inspected and serviced prior to it leaving the lot (including repairs made to it beyond those we had originally agreed upon). They care about their reputation and I would definitely buy another car from them again. More
