I was looking to purchase a used car. I found online several of the cars I was looking for. I called Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA and spoke to Paul. That afternoon I went over and test drove th several of the cars I was looking for. I called Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA and spoke to Paul. That afternoon I went over and test drove the car. The cars on the lot are exactly what is shown online. The pricing was very competitive and the cars I was looking at had very low mileage (especially compared to other similar cars / similar prices at other places). I ended up purchasing a 2009 Lexus ES 350 from Paul that had 37,000 miles; I worked with Dan on the financing and service warranty plan (which is a great warranty). I completed the purchase the same day I was there. There was only one key but they arranged for a second at no cost. The car was ready for me to pick it up two days later. (It would have been the following day if they did not arrange for the additional key). When I picked it up there were no lights on. However, within 5 days, the tire pressure light was on. I called Paul and worked with the service manager. I brought the car in the next day and they fixed the tire at no cost. (There was a nail in the tire). I was only at the service center for about 20 minutes (the time it took them to fix the tire). One last benefit: all routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) is covered for the first year if I return to the Automax Preowned location. I was looking at luxury pre-owned cars; the selection was amazing and the service was great. I would recommend this location to others. More

Automax has the best deals. They always have a great selection of pre owned luxury cars at excellent prices. We had a great experience at Automax. No pressure on buying the car - just a nice car at a great price. In fact, to say there was no pressure is an understatement - they seemed to know they have great c buying the car - just a nice car at a great price. We were a bit surprised at the no haggling policy, because that is not really clear from their website. That said, the prices are good so it's not really a concern, and it's actually better for shopping. Paul was very nice and warm. The only issue that came up with our car was that we wanted to have our mechanic look at it, and they weren't excited about that; eventually, Paul took the car to the mechanic himself (because he didn't want me to drive it) and it did check out just fine. Also, we had to wait a few days for them to actually receive the title from the bank where they had paid off the loan, so that was annoying, but they handled it as well as they could have. We love the car, and we got it at a very good price. More

I went online to find a good used car after getting mine totalled in an accident. I found exactly what I wanted at Automax. I think I bought the car within a week of finding it online. I feel they were both patient with my questions and very professional while being personable at the same time. Considering I do not enjoy purchasing cars AT ALL, it was a very good experience. More

I've bought several cars from Automax.. and always been more than satisfied with their dealership.. which is a great thing to say about a used car dealer. If I haven't made it clear.. they are hands down the best used car dealership I've ever dealt with. If you are in the market for a used car, they are absolutely worth checking out. They've made a fan of me, which isn't easy.. As I understand, they even finance in-house if it's required. More

He knows the market, he literally knew all of the cars that I've been looking at at the competition, and he knows I didn't see a better deal elsewhere. Paul is Friendly, but he's also all business and he was honest with me. He's there to sell me car, and he works hard to make it work. He's not the type of person to waste your time with nonsense. If he can make the deal work, he will, and if he can't, he will tell you. I base my experience mostly on price. They beat the Kelly Blue Book price for a private sell and were well below comparable deals at the competition. More
