This was a great experience received a text with a video of my car being looked at explaining everything that I was getting done and whether it passed or not which to me is really awesome. Paul was the serv of my car being looked at explaining everything that I was getting done and whether it passed or not which to me is really awesome. Paul was the service guy that dealt with my vehicle and he kept me updated on what’s going on which I really appreciated. I also received a free Philly pretzel and water, you can never go wrong with that. All around great job guys. More

Bryce was absolutely awesome. (5+ STARS) He went above and beyond to make sure that my husband Adrian and I were completely satisfied with our purchase. He was back and forth in (5+ STARS) He went above and beyond to make sure that my husband Adrian and I were completely satisfied with our purchase. He was back and forth in the boiling hot sun (98 degrees+) getting keys for the cars we wanted to check out and test drive. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. He was patient, kind and always a smile on his face!! And Jorge Agosto (5+ STARS) who helped us complete the paperwork, he was so patient and wonderful when we were having problems with our Xfinity email which was down and our bank which was not being very helpful with getting a payoff number for our trade-in. He was absolutely wonderful!! Also I have to mention Stan Otto (manager) who was an integral part in helping us finalize the whole deal (5+STARS!!). If I could give 10 STARS to this team, they would definitely, absolutely deserve it!!! Pacifico Ford and its TEAM are #1 in my opinion. I will definitely recommend them to ALL my family and friends!!!! More
