Paul Sayre, is the best people that I ever had that serviced my Toyota Camry. He is very cooperative and extremely fair as far as money is concerned in fixing my car. The person , Russell, I went to Russell before for my other car last year and he gives good deals and good service so I like to do deal with him again , also the service staff is good too . I have serviced my Corollas at this dealership for ten years and for the first time I have bad service. I think it is due not to the quality of its people but to the fact of being understaffed. The employees are polite and helpful, but, trying to do twenty things while serving the customer. I had to come three times to the dealership to get my ball bearings fixed. One was due to an appointment they wrote down for the incorrect date requested, so when I came in they told me the appointment was written down for Friday rather than Saturday as I had requested in person. The second time they finally looked at my car but did not have the parts. They told me they would call me as soon as the parts arrived for me to make the appointment for them to be installed. They never called. I have to call to find out and they could not find my order because they had entered it incorrectly under my second last name. The dealer is good; its people knowledgeable and polite but overworked, making them distracted when dealing with customers, which results in mistakes and time lost. I am thinking for the first time to give it a try to a toyota dealer closer to my home... More
