The sales person Paul I contacted today, he told me he would have the answer back at noon and never contacted me, and I call him back this afternoon he just showed really impatient and really loud yelled, would have the answer back at noon and never contacted me, and I call him back this afternoon he just showed really impatient and really loud yelled, he said I never listen to him and I am just trying to get a better price and then he yelled at me said I did not understand what he said and just hang up the phone. I am not even say anything about his words, he told me my trade in value is in 35-37k and I just asked I got an offer locally higher than that and can you still consider higher or not. I will keep complaint and comment on every sites until this have a result. He did not stand by customer’s shoes and showed rude and unprofessional. I tried to make a deal but He did not follow the timeline he gave to me and just hang up with loud yelling. More

Michael Apuzzo Delivers Very Good BMW Service! Michael Apuzzo is our Service Consultant at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. My wife and I both enjoy our BMW’s VERY much, due in part to our Excellent Michael Apuzzo is our Service Consultant at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. My wife and I both enjoy our BMW’s VERY much, due in part to our Excellent Service Consultant Michael Apuzzo. Should we need a loaner car to cover vehicle service, done deal all arranged. Michael is Very BMW savvy, polite and good sense of humor. He and his service crew work very well together, quotes are realistic and service is performed on time, or earlier AND the vehicle is WASHED and Vac’d! Plus, if scheduling is on Saturday, my wife enjoys the free manicure/nail polish. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, the coffee is pretty good too. Michael is attentive to detail, effective, and a good guy! If you are visiting Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore, stop in service area and meet Michael, he knows BMW’s. More

I walked in to BMW of bayshore to get my car serviced and ended up trading in my old vehicle and leasing a new one. Paul was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process and made sure I got the car that I really wanted. As a young female without any knowledge about cars or the leasing process, I was apprehensive about buying a new car without the presence of my father. However, Paul made me feel so comfortable and gave me the confidence to proceed with the deal. He looked into every discount possible and ensured that I drove away with my dream car. If you are looking to be t I just leased a 2018 Estoril Blue 230Xi from Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore. This was by far my best car leasing experience! If you are looking to be treated as a valued member of their closely knit family and not just as a number goal that they need to meet, please do yourself a favor and take a visit/make a call to this dealership. You won't regret it! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who had me sit down with Paul, a new vehicle client adviser. Paul by far is the best adviser I have ever encountered in a dealership setting. He was very personable and informative. Unlike my previous BMW dealership, he asked me what I wanted as well as what I was looking to pay and that's exactly what I received. I learned a lot through our conversation and felt that Paul did his best to earn my trust and my time. He took into consideration any incentives that could have been applied to my purchase and made it his duty to make me happy. Paul did not push or force me to make any decisions. In fact, he made me feel at ease and confident in all of my choices.The process was actually so easygoing that I was expecting to be disappointed at some point, simply based on horrible experiences with my hometown dealership, BMW of Freeport. My car took 9 weeks to build and Paul kept in contact with me along the way. Once the car came in I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dennis in the finance department who was a real gem. I expected to be taken advantage of given my age and the fact that I am a female. I expected to be toyed with and confused or forced into making a deal that I would later regret. INSTEAD, Dennis was very informative and made sure to explain every single thing along the way. Nothing was hidden or padded. Everything was presented in a straight forward manner and mirrored exactly what I had discussed with Paul previously. Dennis made me feel like a part of the Habberstad family and for that I am forever grateful. At the end of the deal, I met with James who was my BMW Genius. He was also very personable and informative. He made the experience fun and easy going. He explained the ins and outs of the vehicle to me. I am not tech savvy at all but he took his time to make sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable to leave with the car. He did not rush through or make me feel silly for asking him to repeat things I felt I would later forget. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I hope this review makes it to the CEO/CFO or whichever department responsible for keeping track of customer satisfaction. Everyone needs to be aware of just how wonderful these folks are. I haven't even had my car 24hours as of yet but I have already been bombarded with questions about it because of its color and believe you me, I've been plugging and referring people Habberstad of Bay Shore already! More
