I had an appointment for 9am but to do oil change and a filter replacement. Also to change some dynamics on the Jeep like the language and time. Dealership doesn't view the selling process from their customer's perspective. They just want to sell a car. They don't worry about whether they satisfied their customer or if the customer will return for customer's perspective. They just want to sell a car. They don't worry about whether they satisfied their customer or if the customer will return for a future purchase. My experience was inconvenient, frustrating and in the end not satisfying. I will not return and suggest other people chose a different dealership....you have many choices! More

For a second time we bought our vehicle from this dealership only to be disappointed again. First, they are extremely nice until you buy from them and after you can’t get anyone to help you. Never r dealership only to be disappointed again. First, they are extremely nice until you buy from them and after you can’t get anyone to help you. Never return calls or emails and when you go in person no one can help you, always an excuse. After choosing the truck we wanted we went to finalize the contract the following day and to pick up the vehicle… they brought out a different truck, cheaper with less options from the one we wanted, hoping we wouldn’t realize the switch. When we did recognize that this was not the truck on our contact they said it was a mistake. Then we weren’t sure of the exact payoff so we paid a few hundred dollars more to the dealership and we were told that they will send the full amount to the bank..wrong again. They paid off the car down to the penny and kept the difference. We haven’t received our money for over 2 months despite all the promises from Miguel (sales) and Paul (finance) I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to deal with bunch if issues after the purchase. More

I have been forced to file a dealer complaint directly with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices. On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dod with Ram corporate office against this dealership due to shady business practices. On 12/14/2021: I went to the dealer to buy a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500. I was informed that the car was not on the lot, that it was in transit to the dealership and so I made a sales contract for this vehicle. On the following day 12/15/2021 I returned to the dealer with a complaint that the contract was unfair and I would like to redo it under more favorable rates. They advised me to come the following day to speak with the Finance Director Paul Stern, and so I did return on 12/16/2021 to speak to him. He informed me that the contract could NOT be cancelled, as it has already been cashed with Chase bank. At this point I explained to him that it wasn't possible to do that since I have not taken possession of the vehicle due to the fact that it is still in transit to the dealership, so there is no way they could have finalized my contract. He continued by saying there was nothing he could do so I proceeded to speak to the Sales Manager Yosvany Alvarez in regards to this problem. He also explained to me that there was nothing he could do. Soon after I left the dealership and called the General Manager Oren Cohen, He also explained to me that the contract could not be cancelled. I explained to him that I have been in contact with another Finance Manager that advised me that so long as I did not have possession of the vehicle, the contract could NOT be cashed in. He proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. I explained that I would be getting my lawyers involved in the matter, that I am aware they are breaking a recognized, nation wide law. He proceeded to tell me to "Go ahead, you have a right to be informed." Following that I contacted Ram Corporate Office and I explained to them the situation. They informed me that they do not understand why they are refusing to cancel my contract, that I have a right to do so and told me they would be filing a dealer complain against the dealership at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. At this point I am in contact with my Lawyer in regards to this matter, I hope that this issue can be resolved without having to take this case to court. More
