Very courteous and professional. Sent me information on the features of the three cars I was interested in. Once I decided, and purchased the Maserati I wanted my salesman assisted me in setting up prefere the features of the three cars I was interested in. Once I decided, and purchased the Maserati I wanted my salesman assisted me in setting up preferences regarding seats, mirrors and steering wheel. Explained how to navigate through the touch screen and answered my questions. When I came to pick up my car it was ready. Car was immaculately clean on the inside and out. When one of my key FOBs had a dead battery he put new batteries in both of them. He gave me the empty packages, so I would know what kind of battery I might need in the future. Very pleasant experience and I would consider them if I wanted another car. More
