Been going to Apple Ford Shakopee for years for both sales & service. Most recently I went in for my first oil change on my ‘22 full size Bronco. Joe came out & met me when I pulled up. Paul Talbot handled the sale and in 2 short hours the deal was done saving me considerable money and ordering my dream car!! Robert Sass stepped in to handle the delivery of my new car. She offered to even come to the Apple Valley store to look at the trucks we wanted to see if it was easier for us, since we live in Lakeville. Rondakae brought two trucks over to the Shakopee store for us to view and between Rondakae and Joan answered all of our lease questions, which were many since we had never leased a vehicle. We also enjoyed dealing with Kal for the accessory we purchased. He explained it well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Paul Talbot was extremely fair on the price for our trade and we appreciated his honest and friendly disposition. Overall we did not have any pressure, which is something we really appreciate when purchasing a vehicle at a dealership.
