Took our Denali truck in for routine transmission fluid change before going on cross country trip. Initial diagnostic check showed no problems. Less than a mile from Brockland after picking it up the truck change before going on cross country trip. Initial diagnostic check showed no problems. Less than a mile from Brockland after picking it up the truck broke down. Quickly realized all the transmission fluid had leaked out. Had to call a tow truck to return truck to Brockland. Diagnostic reading when returned showed a left wheel speed sensor error. Brockland acknowledged that this new error was likely due to being towed. They determined the transmission leak was due to improper tightening of a cooler line clip by the service team. Ultimately they agreed to replace the speed sensor free of charge (a cost of $185) if we agreed to cover the charge of the towing ($135). Obviously we were not happy but agreed. Just didn’t want to hassle anymore. Very disappointed in their service, refusal to take full responsibility and cover full expense of our costs, time and frustration. More
