Great experience at IRA Mazda Service. I was given clear expectations regarding timing and expected work to be done up front and they made good on those. A few things came up during the inspection of the vehicle but I didn’t feel pressured that these had to be done. They went over all the things that came up and I felt I was given honest information about what was important to consider having done and what could wait. Overall I would recommend servicing at IRA Mazda. More

Purchased a used car recently and was very disappointed in the lack of communication and attention we received. Only received calls if we called first. They took our deposit and never ever reached back out in the lack of communication and attention we received. Only received calls if we called first. They took our deposit and never ever reached back out to us. Felt like we were bothering them everytime we called. Spent over an hour going thru paperwork only to be told the person that handles registration “left for the day” and we would have to come back! It seems as if there is internal communication issues at this dealership. Although we are happy with our car so far, I could never recommend them. More
