My partner ordered a new truck from them in August. He didn't get it until October. He had to pay $2000 for a rental. Then after he got the truck finally, they didn't file his paperwork before the loan He didn't get it until October. He had to pay $2000 for a rental. Then after he got the truck finally, they didn't file his paperwork before the loan expired. He has to re-apply and take a hit on his credit. And they suggested he finance with them because they'll take a point off his interest rate. No other gesture to make up for their colossal incompetence. Makes me think they tanked the loan just to get more money from him. They are the epitome of car salesmen. I wish we'd never gone there. They've taken his joy out of buying his first brand new car. More
