Unnecessary length of time repeatedly to service or repair my vehicle, ignoring and incorrect diagnosis and non-repairs according to follow up from different JEEP dealer, unnecessary expense for me for repair my vehicle, ignoring and incorrect diagnosis and non-repairs according to follow up from different JEEP dealer, unnecessary expense for me for rental car after 30 days when my car was operating and they appear to have done nothing but run tests, Incorrect diagnosis of car issues according to other dealer service center, and other mechanics, extremely rude treatment by assistant service manager manager, Christian, all these have left me horrendously offended at treatment and experience from KENDALL Dodge. I will never go back there again. Several service advisors did their best and were helpful. I do not blame them. It apparently is standard treatment and procedure at Kendall dodge. . That is terrible at this particular Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealer and service department. I am very unsure of reliability of my Jeep and ability to correctly diagnose and maintain and keep this car. I would greatly question Newer jeep reputations and warn anybody, Do not bring your car to Kendall Jeep for servicing. All this with a Mopar warranty also. More

1. No one acknowledges your presence at service desk. 2. No one answers or returns calls. 3. Has my car for more than 12 business days with no info. 4. Has been serviced many many times for same problem. 6. Did not get loaner car while waiting for repair (over 2 without car) with no end in sight. More

I brought my truck in because my truck wasn’t shutting off. There was a problem with the ignition switch, it wasn’t working. I dropped it off and was given a ride to my house and I was contacted an hour l off. There was a problem with the ignition switch, it wasn’t working. I dropped it off and was given a ride to my house and I was contacted an hour later with a quote. So, the ignition switch was about 80 bucks but the quote for labor was about 800 bucks. I feel like I was hustled. I questioned the service advisor why so much in labor and he stated that it takes time and that they had to do an “update” to the system. I did a quick search on youtube and it’s a job that is done in minutes and no system update required. I got screwed pretty much. You would think that in times like these people would be more generous. More
