My wife and I weren't really in the market for a new car, but our 2002 Accord was getting some miles, and the paint was in bad shape (typical older Honda paint problems) so we decided to see what we could ge but our 2002 Accord was getting some miles, and the paint was in bad shape (typical older Honda paint problems) so we decided to see what we could get for it. We settled on a 2012 Civic EX and were able to get what we thought was fair for our trade. We bought the Civic and have been very pleased with it so far. I was pleased with the sales and service staff (especially Paula in Service, she's great!) and felt like they have taken good care of us. I am sure it's tough for car dealerships to make people feel like they can be trusted with all of the bad apples out there. Make sure you know what you want, what it's worth, and stick to what you know is right and fair and you'll find Honda Cars of Columbia a good place to do business. They go the extra mile in making sure you are well taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

The service I received from Paula was great. A part(valve) had to be ordered and I was called with a scheduled appointment once the part was received (1-2 days as promised). They were very fast and friendly. I did not expect my vehicle to be ready until at least 5:00. It was done by 3:30 and Paula called to let me know. The bill was just under what I was quoted.
