I have been taking my truck to this dealer over 5 times for the same problem car jerks when switching gears) and they still haven’t found the problem and to top it off this last time in April they told me for the same problem car jerks when switching gears) and they still haven’t found the problem and to top it off this last time in April they told me I wasn’t welcomed back after refusing to pay $180 for the service that was covered under warranty! Definitely won’t be using this dealer anymore! More

Takes over a month to schedule an oil change and basic service. The last few times they don't do their multipoint checklist other than checking the box. Wipers falling off but somehow overlooked.
