Very disappointed as a returned customer. I communicated with Paulette via emails and made an appointment to go. I was a returning customer and expected past good experiences to remain the sam I communicated with Paulette via emails and made an appointment to go. I was a returning customer and expected past good experiences to remain the same. Jesse Jennings and Paulette welcomed me and had a great test drive with Jesse. I loved the car and was ready to sign the paperwork. Even though I was provided with an unrealistic monthly payment, I never got irritated and thought that's how it's supposed to work. Provided my counter-offer and Jesse couldn't make a decision. I knew it's a two-way road, either they agree or dis, same goes to me. However, Jesse brought Everett Ulmer and he didn't even bother getting to the same page on how we got there. Pulled his phone out giving me a math class and accusing the Truecar or Edmund (or anything alike) is useless. Not long, he started yelling at me and intimidating. He's got all puffed up. No need, I am a big guy and I could have confronted him like the way he acted but I thought I was there to do business not a UFC pre-game conference. I wanted to know what they could offer for financing and leasing, I brought my trade-in car title with me and I was not there to mess with anybody. Very disappointed and probably will never return if Everett guy is working over there. Good luck to everybody else who reads this post and go with Paulette and Jesse but make sure to find another manager along the process. Just a follow up, I went to another Toyota dealer and signed my car out the exact same day. More

Before Westbury, I had been to four other Toyota dealerships in Queens and Nassau County. None had made me and my wife feel comfortable and we were planning on purchasing two cars: 2013 Highlander dealerships in Queens and Nassau County. None had made me and my wife feel comfortable and we were planning on purchasing two cars: 2013 Highlander Hybrid and Rav4. Then we spoke with Paulette at Westbury. She was personable, professional, and she followed up on ALL of our requests. On my first visit, I was assigned a salesman who was AWFUL. He didn't listen to anything I said and was determined to put me in a car that I did not want. I left the dealership resolved never to come back. Two weeks later, Paulette called to find out how my experience was. I unloaded on her. Much to her credit, she talked me down and told me that when we were ready to come back she would assign us to the perfect salesman. Two months later, we did come back and as promised, Paulette paired us with Bernie Anatra. He was awesome. Not only did he listen but he was great with our 5 yr old daughter. By the end of our visit, we had purchased two cars and were very pleased with the deals we had received. Bernie is a very honest man with whom we would definitely work with again and recommend to our friends and family. Of note, Steve and John in finance were also very professional, fun, honest, and fair. More
