I am very disappointed with the cavalier attitude over the damage to my truck. I brought it for an oil change and it was not my fault somebody crash into while in your care. I received no formal apology d the damage to my truck. I brought it for an oil change and it was not my fault somebody crash into while in your care. I received no formal apology during the almost two weeks my truck was out of service and then to be asked to pay for the oil change was a real shocker. I was reminded by the service writer Chase how accommodating he has been with my service needs! Wow! No mention of appreciation that I use Polk for service, pay timely and bought my 2025 Denali PU there. He said he was disappointed in me for being upset over my truck damage. Really? More
