They didn’t put my old tires in my vehicle possibly lost them. I get my tires back and they were directional tires and they put them on in the wrong direction and they put the running boards on and they look like they came from a flood zone so they’re not even that clean so I also have to go back to get my front windshield re-tinted because they messed up so it’s just a whole runaround about everything More

Not happy about not receiving my $10k cash back from the dealership from my trade in? They say they have to wait for the title from the lien holder? But they got my trade and I provided the dealership with the mobility van company that wants to buy my van for more then the trade in value and payoff, so I see no reason why you are holding up my $10k? Also there is an issue with one of the passenger captain chair seat, the seat bottom will not stay down, so they looked at it in service and would need to disassemble the seat to find the problem and they would provide my with a rental vehicle to use while they did the repair, and I live way on the other side of town, so this is a huge inconvenience for me??? More
