We had a horrible experience at Wilde Honda a few day’s prior so we were a bit on edge and had our defenses up. Brian Osteen met us at the door and had the vehicle all ready for us to test drive. We drove it and wanted to think about it for a while. Brian never pressured us,only answered our questions and provided information. We did go back a few hours later to purchase. The purchasing procedure was quick and painless. We also talked to Brian about possibly trading in our suburban. He actually encouraged us to try to sell it on our own to get more $ for it than we would get in a trade in with them which was a very honest thing to do. We are incredibly pleased with our experience with Brian and everyone at Honda dodge/Subaru!!!! More
