Happy with the new purchase Pedro Abreu is a great salesperson. He made it easy from the beginning to the delivery of the car. Friendly service,good price and selection Experience buying the car excellent. Went in with my price,and wound up paying less. No pressure,since I already did all my research prior to contact Experience buying the car excellent. Went in with my price,and wound up paying less. No pressure,since I already did all my research prior to contacting dealer. Only complaint was timing in picking up the car. First insurance company had a problem reading the faxed over paperwork,then when I called Pedro,twice,discovered that binding release hadn't been sent to dealership. Once it was sent,it sat in a box,and we had to call Pedro back to see what the hold up was.At that point(4:30) he hadn't checked to see if the release had arrived. We had been waiting at home since 1:30) so was getting annoyed with wasting our day sitting around. Turned out that the paperwork was sitting at the dealership,so just told Pedro that we were coming,and to please get the car ready,as we didn't want to waste more time. Car was ready when we arrived,and Pedro did a good job explaining all the bells and whistles,which I'm still adjusting to. All and all a good experience. Second car bought here. More

Another fantastic experience I've never been a fan of car "stuff" but Pedro and Patrick were great. Everything was fine. Door handle replaced in about an hour. I really wish you had a better coffee machine. When bringing in a care for repairs, I still need to work. Sketchiest Dealer I've Ever Been To Scheduled an appointment to test drive a Ridgeline. When I got there they said that I did not have an appointment – I showed them the email confirmati Scheduled an appointment to test drive a Ridgeline. When I got there they said that I did not have an appointment – I showed them the email confirmation I got and they scrambled to have someone help me. Waited almost 30 minutes for the car I was “assured” would be ready to go when I showed up to be ready for a test drive. Drive was handled professionally – sales associate (Pedro) was doing a great job. Told them I would be interested in seeing an offer – took them over 30 minutes to pull one together. No one offered me coffee, drinks, bathroom… anything. When they finally made their offer the sales manager said they scraped and squeezed and were able to work out the following offer…. Which was >$2000 OVER the offer they had emailed to me. Pointed this out – they demanded I prove it. I showed them the email they had sent me and they said that they would adjust the price. No apology, nothing. They got caught and wouldn’t even admit it. This is a sketchy dealer – avoid at all costs!! Edit: Dealer followed up - sales manager wanted to be clear that HE didn’t make me wait very long. I called them out on this and their response was that they were sorry they didn’t meet expectations. No sorry we LIED on multiple occasions, no sorry we we failed to show proper customer service. This tells me that the sales staff was doing EXACTLY what the sales manager wants them to do. More
